Hi, I’m Ksenia — a certified yoga therapist with over 7 years of experience in women’s health.
I specialize in hormonal balance, pelvic floor health, Pre/Postnatal yoga, stress relief, and post-surgical recovery, using a holistic approach that integrates movement, breath, energy work, and emotional release.

    No, this course is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The exercises are gentle and adapted to your individual needs.

  • What should I bring to the class?
    Comfortable clothing, and an open mind! All other equipment is provided at the studio.

Contraindications for the Course

​Certain conditions may prevent participation in this course. If you have any of the following, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining:

  1. Stage 4 Endometriosis: This advanced stage involves endometriosis tissue growing into nearby organs (such as the vagina, rectum, or bladder) and may lead to adhesions in the pelvis.

  2. Fibroids/Myomas: If you have fibroids or myomas larger than 5 cm, it is advisable to avoid the course.

  3. Cancer: If you have a history of cancer, please consult your doctor before participating.

  4. Liver Cirrhosis: This condition may require special consideration.

  5. Mental Health Conditions: If you have any mental health issues, please consult with a healthcare professional first.

  6. Post-Surgery: Participation is allowed only with your doctor’s permission after surgery.

  7. Varicose Veins: If you have varicose veins that are deformed or if you have a diagnosis of thromboembolism or blood clots in your veins, please avoid this course.

  8. Pregnancy: This course is not suitable for pregnant women.

  9. First Three Months of Breastfeeding: If you are within the first three months of breastfeeding, it’s best to wait before joining the course.

  10. Postpartum Period (6-12 Weeks): If you are within 6-12 weeks postpartum, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in this course.
