My name is Ksenia. I’m a certified yoga therapist with over 7 years of experience specializing in women’s health and postpartum care. I am deeply passionate about guiding women through transformative practices to help them feel balanced, strong, and at ease in their bodies. About the Course
This 10-week Women’s Health Yoga course is designed specifically to address the unique needs of women’s health. Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of your well-being, such as pelvic alignment, core strength, and hormonal balance, all within a small group setting of no more than 10 participants. This intimate class size ensures that every participant receives personal attention and guidance, allowing for a more tailored experience.

Certain conditions may prevent participation in this course. If you have any of the following, please consult with your healthcare provider before joining:

Stage 4 Endometriosis: This advanced stage involves endometriosis tissue growing into nearby organs (such as the vagina, rectum, or bladder) and may lead to adhesions in the pelvis.

Fibroids/Myomas: If you have fibroids or myomas larger than 5 cm, it is advisable to avoid the course.

Cancer: If you have a history of cancer, please consult your doctor before participating.

Liver Cirrhosis: This condition may require special consideration.

Mental Health Conditions: If you have any mental health issues, please consult with a healthcare professional first.

Post-Surgery: Participation is allowed only with your doctor’s permission after surgery.

Varicose Veins: If you have varicose veins that are deformed or if you have a diagnosis of thromboembolism or blood clots in your veins, please avoid this course.

Pregnancy: This course is not suitable for pregnant women.

First Three Months of Breastfeeding: If you are within the first three months of breastfeeding, it’s best to wait before joining the course.

Postpartum Period (6-12 Weeks): If you are within 6-12 weeks postpartum, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in this course.
